This Shipping Policy explains how collabx.my (“CollabX”, “we”, “us”, “our”) processes, fulfils, delivers and, where applicable, installs every order placed through our website or any other sales channel we operate (collectively, the “Services”). It is drafted in accordance with Malaysian consumer‑protection regulations and commercial‑practice guidelines.
By purchasing from CollabX you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you are unwilling to accept these terms, please refrain from placing an order.
1. Delivery Coverage & Charges

We do not deliver to East Malaysia, Singapore, or international addresses, and we do not offer self‑collection.
2. Fulfilment & Despatch Time‑frames
- In‑stock items: despatch within 1–3 business days of payment.
- Every product in our range is stocked and ready—no custom lead‑times.
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready and a delivery window will be arranged.
3. Delivery Services
3.1 Klang Valley – Delivery With Installation
- Delivered by Lalamove (or your preferred carrier).
- Our installation crew will:
- Inspect items for transit damage.
- Assemble and position the furniture as directed.
- Remove all packaging debris.
- We will contact you in advance to confirm a convenient date and time.
3.2 West Malaysia (Outside Klang Valley) – Delivery Only
- Shipped to ground floor / doorstep by our logistics partners.
- Self‑assembly required (step‑by‑step instructions supplied).
- Please arrange adequate manpower; desk sets may weigh 50–100 kg+.
4. Transit‑Damage Protocol
- Inspect all cartons before signing.
- If undamaged, sign “Received in good condition.”
- If damaged, sign “DAMAGED – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION,” photograph packaging and product, and notify us within 24 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of damage
- Brief description
- Once verified, we will ship a replacement part or unit (stock permitting).
5. Failed Delivery / Refusals
If delivery fails or is refused due to an incorrect address, absent recipient, or unjustified refusal, you may incur:
- Return‑shipping fees
- Re‑delivery charges
- Handling or storage fees
Please ensure someone is present at the agreed time and location.
6. Special Delivery Notes
- Buildings without lift access: ground‑floor delivery unless pre‑arranged.
- Gated communities / apartments: please pre‑advise security.
- Bulk orders (10 + desks or lockers) may require extended lead‑times and special coordination.
