At CollabX, every desk and locker is hand‑inspected in our warehouse and professionally packed for secure transit. If an item reaches you in less‑than‑perfect condition, we will replace the affected component—or the entire unit—promptly and at no cost.
1. Eligibility For A Replacement / Refund

Note: Replacement is our standard resolution. A full refund is issued only if
(a) a suitable replacement cannot be provided within 30 days, or
(b) a repair is impractical in CollabX’s assessment.

- Once verified, we ship the replacement (subject to stock) within three business days and cover all related freight charges.
3. Change-of-Mind & Non-Returnable Scenarios
We offer a 30-day return policy for returns due to a change of mind. Please note the following:
- All costs related to the return (shipping, handling, etc.) must be borne by the buyer.
- Products must be returned in original condition with all parts, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Returns due to change of mind are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item in good condition, we’ll issue a store credit or refund within 14 business days or more.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for any kind of damage caused by the customer, including:
- Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or chips)
- Structural damage (e.g., broken parts, cracks, or warping) – can only be returned within 48 hours of delivery
- Misuse (e.g., improper use, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions)
- Modifications (e.g., altering or customizing the item)
- Water damage (e.g., exposure to moisture leading to rust or swelling)
- Chemical damage (e.g., exposure to cleaning agents or other chemicals)
- Theft or loss (e.g., items not returned or returned with missing parts)
- Damage during transit caused by improper packaging when returning the item
- Non-residential damage (e.g., damage that occurs in non-residential environments, such as commercial or industrial settings)
This policy helps us maintain competitive pricing while protecting you against any product issues.
4. Ongoing Protection
Every CollabX product includes a 5‑Year Structural Warranty covering post‑delivery manufacturing defects. Warranty terms are separate from this policy and remain valid even after a replacement has been issued.
