Shipping, Delivery & Installation
We ship anywhere in West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia). Shipping to East Malaysia isn’t available yet, but we’re looking into it—stay tuned for updates.
Klang Valley: Yes—just pick “Delivery + Installation (Within Klang Valley)” on any product page and our crew will assemble the desks or lockers on-site. Prefer to build it yourself? Choose “Delivery Only (Within Klang Valley)” and we’ll drop the flat-pack with step-by-step instructions.
Outside Klang Valley: We currently provide doorstep delivery only. All items arrive flat-pack with an illustrated guide and live WhatsApp support for quick self-assembly.
Dispatch within 1 working day; arrival usually 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri, public holidays excluded). We’ll WhatsApp or email your ETA and tracking link once processed.
Dispatch within 1–3 working days; arrival 3–7 working days (remote districts up to 10 working days). Tracking details come via WhatsApp or email after processing. Need it by a fixed date? Let us know and we’ll try to meet your timeline.

Corporate & Bulk Orders
Absolutely. Email us your requirements (e.g., “20 desks for JB office”) and we’ll send a formal quotation. We’ll keep you updated at every step—dispatch notice plus, for Klang Valley addresses, an installation slot that fits your schedule.
Returns, Warranty & Support
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind orders. Furniture is bulky and costly to move, so please double‑check sizes, colours, and models before paying. Unsure? Get our advice first.
Notify us within 24 hours with photos and order details. We’ll repair or replace the affected part/unit at no cost. Example: dented locker → new locker sent; faulty desk cable‑tray → replacement tray shipped.
All CollabX products carry a 1‑year limited warranty from delivery date, covering manufacturing defects and mechanical issues under normal office use, e.g.:
— Frame weld failure
— Hinge breakage without misuse
— Faulty locker lock
Not covered: normal wear‑and‑tear, accidental damage, or misuse (e.g., overloaded shelf). To claim, send photos and order info; we’ll repair or replace fast and free. Post‑warranty, spare parts are usually available at reasonable cost.
