These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CollabX website currently located at collabx.my (the “Site”) and all purchases or interactions with CollabX (“CollabX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing the Site or completing a transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by:

these Terms; and
all policies incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Replacement Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorised to use the Site or purchase from CollabX.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory protections under Malaysian law, including (but not limited to) the Consumer Protection Act 1999, Sale of Goods Act 1957, and Electronic Commerce Act 2006.

1. Eligibility & Scope

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts under Malaysian law. If you place an order on behalf of a business or organisation, you warrant that you are authorised to do so.

2. Orders & Acceptance

CollabX may accept or reject any order at its sole discretion (e.g. due to stock availability, payment issues, or listing errors). Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods; until then, we may cancel and refund any payment received. A confirmation e‑mail acknowledging receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, and images. Minor variations in colour, grain, or texture may occur due to screen settings or natural material differences. We may change product details, discontinue items, or revise prices without prior notice; the price displayed at checkout reflects the service option you choose.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and specify whether tax is included. Prices may change without notice until we accept your order. Payment is processed securely via approved gateways (credit/debit cards, FPX, e‑wallets). We may refuse or limit transactions that appear intended for resale or bulk distribution.

5. Delivery & Fulfilment

Coverage: West Malaysia only.
Installation: Available within the Klang Valley when you select “Delivery + Installation” on the product page; all other deliveries are door‑to‑door with self‑assembly instructions.
Lead‑times: In‑stock items: dispatch 1–3 business days; delivery 3–7 business days.

We are not liable for delays caused by third‑party couriers or force‑majeure events.

6. Returns, Replacements & Warranty

We do not offer refunds for change‑of‑mind, measurement errors, or design revisions after order confirmation.
For manufacturing defects, transit damage, missing parts, or incorrect items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will repair or replace the item at our cost.
All standard products include a 5‑Year Structural Warranty covering manufacturing defects (misuse, normal wear, and unauthorised modifications excluded). Warranty terms are separate from, and in addition to, this policy.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

provide accurate, up‑to‑date billing and contact information;
use the Site and our products only for lawful purposes;
refrain from any activity that could harm our systems, content, or brand.

Misuse may result in account suspension and legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, product images, layout, and branding on the Site are the property of CollabX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Third‑Party Tools & Links

Any third‑party software, integrations, or external links are provided “as is.” CollabX is not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of third‑party platforms.

10. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollabX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our products. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CollabX, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim or demand (including legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.

12. Termination Or Suspension

CollabX may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. Obligations accrued prior to termination survive.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

14. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always posted on this page, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
